The SU.RE. To. Tourism project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, embraced sustainability as a key recovery strategy for small tourism businesses across Europe in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. With tourism being a major contributor to many national economies, the project focused on enabling a green restart of the hotel industry—supporting small enterprises to rebuild stronger, smarter, and more sustainably.
