The project is about empowering ADHD entrepreneurs by transforming the challenges of neurodiversity into strengths for innovation and business success. At its core, it is a dedicated initiative to support individuals with ADHD in developing their entrepreneurial potential through targeted training, digital tools, and a strong foundation of practical resources.

Under the name DRIVE—Developing Resilience, Innovation, and Vision for ADHD Entrepreneurs—the project delivers a comprehensive support system built around the unique cognitive and creative strengths of ADHD minds. It offers tailored programs that address the specific needs and learning styles of ADHD individuals, helping them overcome common obstacles and build sustainable, successful ventures.

By focusing on resilience and innovation, the project aims to shift the narrative from limitation to empowerment, offering customized support programs, skill-building opportunities, and strategic guidance. Through this, DRIVE cultivates entrepreneurial skills, nurtures confidence, and fosters long-term growth, creating a more inclusive and dynamic entrepreneurial landscape for neurodiverse individuals.

The project is about supporting the reintegration of offenders and ex-offenders into society by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and competencies necessary for sustainable personal and professional development. It focuses on the development of a comprehensive Training Toolkit and a set of practical guidelines tailored for organisations working with this target group.

Through a variety of innovative and diverse learning formats—including e-courses, webinars, face-to-face sessions, and VR-based educational games—the project aims to enhance key social and professional competencies. These learning materials are designed to help individuals navigate career pathways, improve decision-making, and build life skills essential for social inclusion and employability.

Recognising the responsibility of correctional institutions to prepare individuals for life beyond incarceration, the project addresses the need to equip adults exiting these systems with real opportunities for acceptance into society. This includes fostering new occupational skills, strengthening social competencies, and increasing their ability to make life choices that steer them away from cycles of repeated criminal behaviour. By focusing on individual learning needs and fostering competencies relevant across employment and entrepreneurship sectors, the project promotes meaningful second chances and long-term reintegration.

The DSSI project aimed to promote the rights of older people (low-skilled, living in remote areas, with mobility difficulties, migrants, etc.) to access information and lifelong learning. Therefore, the project enabled them to enjoy the right to participate in everyday society as independent citizens, through digitally active ageing.

The use of library networks facilitated this, as their role is starting to evolve into a hub for digital information and services, due to the accelerated digital transformation of the post-COVID era.
