The WEED OUT project was implemented from November 2021 to October 2023, with the goal of addressing occupational violence in the HORECA sector.

The project developed a comprehensive training programme and practical tools to support HORECA managers in preventing, identifying, and managing incidents of workplace violence, integrating these strategies within existing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) frameworks.
