The aim of the project is to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the unemployed or/and retraining them.In particular, the project aims at acquiring or/and update/upgrade professional knowledge and skills of the beneficiaries, as well as in obtaining the relevant certification, in order to meet the modern requirements of the labour market in sectors of high demand.
With the implementation of the project is expected to achieve the following indicative targets:
- The prevention and combating unemployment through the acquisition of professional knowledge καιδεξιοτήτων. At the same time, the digital skills of the unemployed upgraded, using the method of training selected.
- The increase in the employability of the unemployed.
- The acquisition of knowledge and professional skills of the unemployed, through training programmes that meet the requirements of the economy, especially in the sectors of cutting-edge.
The project is implemented through the provision of Cheques Training (Training Voucher) and Certification (Certification Voucher). Project promoter is the D.DEPARTMENT.A.
The scope of the Project
In the framework of the project is planned to be established in the to 21.128 beneficiaries in Programs of Continuing Vocational Training in sectors peak"as in the fields of industry, craft, trade and exports.
📚 Training Specializations
The program's thematic areas include:
- up to 3,000 beneficiaries in the industry
- up to 3,000 beneficiaries in the craft industry
- up of 7 564 beneficiaries in the field of commerce
- up of 7 564 beneficiaries in the field of exports
In the framework of the project is the provision of services of theoretical training, which lead to certification of knowledge and skills, and target beneficiaries unemployed, registered in the Digital Register of the D.DEPARTMENT.Aage over 18 years of age.
Structure of the Training Program
- Programs of theoretical training 200 – 450 hours leading up to the acquisition in the acquisition of the required knowledge and skills for the industries cutting edge of the trade, exports, industry and small craft industries.
- Certification of knowledge and skills acquired in the context of the above training programmes.
- Correlation of the professional profile of the beneficiaries of the firms in the industry peak Bodies representing the sectors and in close cooperation with other consultants of the KPA2 of the D.DEPARTMENT.A.
How To Implement
The implementation of the programmes P.E.K.duration 200-450 hours is carried out by the method of distance education (e-learning), which includes at least 50% modern distance education, and to 50% asynchronous distance education.
Participants
Right to participate and therefore for the submission of "Application form for registration in the Register of Beneficiaries set up by the D.DEPARTMENT.A. in the framework of this programme have natural persons, unemployed persons, registered at the Digital Register of unemployed D.DEPARTMENT.A. who you meet, as a minimum, the following conditions are met at the time of submission of the application for participation in the Declaration of Entry into the Department:
I. It is registered in the Digital Register of unemployed D.DEPARTMENT.A., regardless if you receive unemployment allowance or not.
II. They have over 18 years of age.
III. Are graduates of at least compulsory education as defined in the relevant legislation (n. 4871/2021 and taking into account the E.D. 739/1980).
Grant and Submission of Applications
Each trainee receives a training allowance of eur 5€ per hour a confirmed tracking, with the maximum amount of 2250€provided to participate in the certification exam. The certification cost is covered by check certification (Certification Voucher).
